Motel rooms are Rustic contemporary Style with Real logs. All of our rooms have a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, full bathroom and Heat. 

The rooms have been updated with new flooring, trim, texture, paint, fixtures and countertops. There is no air conditioning or television in the rooms, go ahead and Un-Plug. There is Wi-Fi in the motel, though we make no guarantees of speed or availability. It can be spotty as we are in the mountains!

Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 have 2 Queen Beds and a Futon.

Rooms 6, 7, & 9 has a King Bed and a Futon.

Our Rustic Contemporary log sided lodge is a 40' x 30' vaulted ceiling open room, with tons of Natural daylight. The Lodge has brand new LVP flooring. The Lodge comes with foldable tables and chairs for your group to use.  Out back there is a Large fire pit and BBQ area. There is a 2 Night Minimum on weekends and 3 nights minimum on Holidays, for the group reservations.

**GROUP RATES**

All Upstairs Motel Rooms: 

$1015/night Weekend, 

$810/night Sunday-Thursday: 

This includes ALL 9 Motel rooms upstairs.

Lodge Access $300/day Weekend, $200/day Sunday-Thursday: 40'X30' Lodge; it's an open room with a vaulted ceiling. It comes stocked with foldable tables and chairs for your event needs. There is also a Fire Pit and Barbecue area for your group to use. 

Lower Dorm Rooms $100/room/night OR all 5 Dorm Rooms $450/night: this is an "add on" to "All Upstairs" Motel Rooms being booked. It is 5 dormitory style rooms with a sink in each room. There is 2 full bathrooms in the  main hall that are shared by the Dorms.

Kitchen Access in Lodge $50/night: has two refrigerators, two stoves, two coffee pots, and is equipped with dishes and basic cookware. Lots of counter top space. 

THE TAKEOVER: $1500/night Weekend, $1200/night Sunday -Thursday: 

This includes All 9 Motel Rooms, The Lodge, All 5 Lower Dorm rooms AND the Kitchen!
